i really liked that i got a room on a high floor, it provided a great view of the sea (instead of the garden view i had booked). the pool area was nice and i found it convenient to buy refreshments there. the staff were lovely and always ready to help with requests.
the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, it would be great if they offered a more frequent shuttle service.

the hotel is a bit removed from the main city center, it is accessible by taxi. the walk along the sea edge is quite nice (i really enjoyed it) but there is no real beach directly adjacent to the hotel.

i received excellent service from the front desk, the staff were kind. when i requested an extra tea bag for my room (the room only had coffee), i was charged a small fee for it.

the pool area is well maintained and quite large, it has a calm and sandy area for kids. the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping center three times a day, very convenient.

i found the room quite large and clean. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the lovely view and the wonderful swimming pool. the pool area was also well maintained.
i was charged 50 baht for a tea bag to take to my room it seemed a bit excessive after paying for an upgraded room
